Your health is the foundation of your life. Picture your health as a sturdy table with four legs. Each leg represents one of the core pillars of well-being:

Now, on top of that table sits everything important in your life: work, family, finances, home environment, personal growth, hobbies and passions, and your beliefs. These are the things that matter most.
But here’s the thing.
If even one leg of the table is weak or neglected, the whole structure becomes unstable. Your stress rises. Your energy drops. You become more reactive, less patient, and less present. It's a 6 month program designed to build on our member's momentum from their 6kgs in 6 Weeks program, and lock in long-term health habits and sustainable results.
Our evidence based program does take time, hence the 6 months. However, some members don't need the whole 6 months. Just as long as the 4 legs of our member's table (above) has been looked after, then they can graduate from this phase.
