Hi, we're Jono & Trinh.
We are passionate about helping parents, because when we had our boys, we struggled to be fit and healthy. And we thought, if we struggled as a Fitness Coach and Nutrition Coach, we can only imagine how much other career-driven parents are struggling!
We barely had time to sleep, let alone stick to a workout or eat properly. It felt impossible to prioritise our fitness.
